As Practice Director, I work to ensure that people are having the client experience we want them to have. I help Francine develop client retention programs and rewards, as well as come up with new ideas to help meet small business’ needs.
My background as an elementary school teacher has been rather helpful in this role. I know how to multi-task, problem solve quickly, and work with any number of people from different backgrounds.
My other focus for the firm is how to help give back to our community. I’ve organized the law firm’s hugely successful campaigns to donate holiday gifts to children in need, 100 backpacks filled with school and personal supplies for children in foster care, another 100 backpacks filled with art supplies and stuffed animals for younger kids in foster care, and more. We at LOVE LAW FIRM believe that we have an obligation to give back.
I’m a native New Yorker, Brooklyn born. I graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with highest honors, and obtained my Masters in Education from the College of St Rose.
My spouse and I have two amazing children, have adopted several rescue dogs and cats, and live on Long Island, enjoying all that New York has to offer.
